A manju (steamed bun), the dough made from joyo (yam) and inside filled with koshi-an (sieved red bean paste) after removing bean skin. A hint of salt is added to this koshi-an.

A manju, made of the dough containing soba (buckwheat) flour. Filled with koshi-an and topped with roasted soba kernels.
