WAKAKUSA
Our signature mochi (rice cake)

HO-KI-BO
A soft mochi enrobed in premium boiled azuki (red
beans) and sugar sprinkle. Enjoy rich aroma and texture of
azuki.

YAMAKAWA
Traditional dried sweets made with finest Japanese suger.
Smoothly melt in the mouth and match a variety of green teas.

ASASHIO
A manju (steamed bun), the dough
made from joyo (yam) and inside
filled with koshi-an (sieved red
bean paste) after removing bean skin. A hint of salt is added
to this koshi-an.

KURI MARU
A whole chestnut awaits deep within rich tsubu-an (whole
red bean paste) and delicate shiro-an (strained
white bean paste) .

HANA-ZOSHI
Soybean paste between wasanbon-to (Japanese
sugar) crumbles. Decorated with hand-painted seasonal flowers.

YUZU GOROMO
Koshi-an in a natural yuzu (Japanese
citron) shell, which is gently stewed and soaked in syrup. |
SAIMON
Soft mochi sweets made in thin sticks with the subtle aroma
of white sesame and yuzu.

SOBA JOYO
A manju, made of the dough containing soba (buckwheat)
flour. Filled with koshi-an and topped with roasted soba
kernels.
