Our signature mochi (rice cake) frosted with sugar-blended rice powder tinted with vibrant green. Created from the recipe that has been restored and handed down through generations.

A soft mochi enrobed in premium boiled azuki (red beans) and sugar sprinkle. Enjoy rich aroma and texture of azuki.

Traditional dried sweets made with finest Japanese suger. Smoothly melt in the mouth and match a variety of green teas.

A manju (steamed bun), the dough made from joyo (yam) and inside filled with koshi-an (sieved red bean paste) after removing bean skin. A hint of salt is added to this koshi-an.
